| Abstract | This research study aims to examine the positive relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and work engagement as well as the moderation effect of perceived clan type organizational culture on the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement. The data were collected from 210 employees from different companies in Bangkok, Thailand. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression. The findings indicated that the effect of psychological capital and work engagement exists and perceived clan type organizational culture significantly moderates the relationship between the two variables. |
