| Abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์โดยจำแนกตามคณะ เพศและผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน (2) ศึกษาตัวแปรพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตจากปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และกิจกรรมพิเศษของมหาวิทยาลัย และ(3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือบัณฑิตจำนวน 137 คน ประกอบด้วยคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ จำนวน16 คน คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 28 คน และคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจำนวน 93 คน ใช้วิธีของยามาเน่ในการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่าง โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยข้อคำถามมีค่าความตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.70-1.00และค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .80 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า (1) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 คณะและไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในด้านคณะ เพศ และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (2) สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ได้ร้อยละ 25 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์มีค่า .465 และสามารถสร้างสมการถดถอยเพื่อใช้ในการพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ได้ดังนี้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ = 1.714 + 0.277 (สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว) + 0.181 (รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต)+ 0.151 (ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน) และ (3) นักศึกษามีข้อเสนอแนะในด้านของความต้องการประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานจริง มีกิจกรรมหลายรูปแบบในการเรียนเพื่อทำให้เข้าใจดีขึ้นและไม่น่าเบื่อ || The purposes of this study were (1) to compare desirable characteristics ofgraduates in Science and Technology of Dhurakij Pundit University classified byfaculty, gender, and learning achievement; (2) to investigate the factors that couldpredict desirable characteristics from the following factors: family relationship,lifestyle, learning achievement, and extracurricular activities; and (3) to studyopinions of the graduates concerning instructional management and extra-curricularactivities of the university.The research sample consisted of 137bachelor’s degree graduates inScience and Technology classified into 16 graduates from the Faculty of AppliedScience, 28 graduates from the Faculty of Engineering, and 93 graduates from theFaculty of Information Technology, all of which were obtained by systematic randomsampling. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s method. Theemployed research instrument was a questionnaire on graduate student’s desirablecharacteristics, developed by the researcher. The content validity coefficients ofquestionnaire items ranged from .70 to 1.00 and the reliability coefficient of thequestionnaire was .80. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standarddeviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multipleregression analysis.The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall desirablecharacteristics of graduates from all faculties were at the high level. Graduates fromdifferent faculties, with different genders and learning achievement levels did notdiffer significantly in their desirable characteristics; (2) the factors of familyrelationship, life style, and learning achievement could be combined to predictdesirable characteristics by 25 per cent with prediction standard error of .465, whichwas significant at the .05 level. The regression equation for predicting desirablecharacteristics was as follows: Desirable characteristics = 1.714 + 0.277(Familyrelation) + 0.181(Live style) + 0.151(Learning achievement); and (3) the graduateshad the following suggestions: they need to have practicum in real working situations,and there should be a variety of learning activities in order to enhance theirunderstanding and to prevent boring. |
