| Abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและศึกษาเแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของร้านอะไหล่และอู่ซ่อมรถจักรยานยนต์ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ประกอบการร้านอะไหล่และอู่ซ่อมรถจักรยานยนต์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง อำเภอวังทอง และอำเภอบางระกำ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ที่มีอายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไปและประกอบกิจการอย่างน้อย 10 ปี จำนวน 10 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้แผนผังก้างปลา และกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาโดยใช้วิธีตามวงจรเดมมิ่ง ซึ่งจากการสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดการและแนวทางแก้ไขพบว่า ปัญหาหลักในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง คือ ระบบการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ และพบปัญหาย่อยที่เหมือนกัน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ด้านสินค้า และด้านพื้นที่จัดเก็บและมีแนวทางการพัฒนาตามหลักวงจรเดมมิ่งเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว This research aims to study problems of inventory management system and study guidelines for development on inventory management systems of motorcycle parts shop and garage in Phitsanulok. The samplings are groups of 10 entrepreneurs conducting motorcycle parts shops and garages located in Mueang Phitsanulok District, Wang Thong District and Bangrakam District in Phitsanulok. These 10 entrepreneurs must be 30 years old or more and they must have operated their business for at least 10 years. Moreover, In-depth Interview with Structured Interview was used for the method of data collection. The data was analyzed by using Fish Bone Diagram. The guidelines for development are set up by using Deming Cycle. In addition, according to the Interview concerning management problems and solutions, it was found that the ineffective inventory management system is the main problem. Also, problems in inventory management, products, storage management are considered to be sub problems which are solved by following Deming Cycle to be guidelines for development. |
