| Abstract | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการบริการที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งพัสดุในประเทศไทย โดยมีทัศนคติของผู้ใช้บริการเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน งานวิจัยนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการขนส่งพัสดุในประเทศไทย จำนวน 430 คน จากการใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองเชิงสมการโครงสร้าง และใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการบริการมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อทัศนคติของผู้ใช้บริการ และมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการ โดยมีทัศนคติของผู้ใช้บริการเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน อย่างมีมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 This study aims to investigate service quality that affected behavioral intention to use parcel delivery in Thailand with attitude as a mediator. Data were collected from 430 Thai people who have use parcel delivery. The research was using online questionnaire. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed to examine the relationship among variables. The results indicated that service quality had the significantly indirect influence on behavioral intention to use parcel delivery with attitude as a mediator variable. Furthermore, attitude also had the significantly direct influence on behavioral intention to use parcel delivery (p<0.05). |
