| Abstract | This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of philosophical and political-legal concepts of one of the main representatives of Russian liberalism of the late XIX - early. XX centuries Gabriel Feliksovich Shershenevich. The study showed that he considered the main tasks of the philosophy of law to determine the nature of the relationship of universal laws of being with the laws of society, through which legal laws regulate people's behavior. As a result, he points out that there is no single answer to the question about the essence of the philosophy of law. |
