| Abstract | main treatment. There is a low rate of occurance, yet a high morbidity. A rigorous perioperative care thus becomes pivotal to decrease perioperative complications and to increase patients' treatment outcomes. The objective of this article is to review a process of appropriate care of patients with pheochromocytomas which includes preoperative assessment and preparation, selection of anesthesia, anesthetic medication usage, perioperative complication and postoperative care. |
