| Abstract | This research was aimed to solve the problem from fire in the second or thirdcrop of the sugarcane field. The machine was attached with tractor 24 Hp. It was usedfor the inter-row cultivator (160 cm.). The power engine was transmitted by PTO of thetractor to rotary gearbox by main of chain and sprocket. The speed of the rotor was 336rpm. The cutting width of the inter-row was 80 cm. There were four disk holder flangesfitted with 24 L-C type blades on the rotor shaft. The flanges were located on attain spiralfrom the blade. For the test of chopping sugarcane leaf in Kanchanaburi province foundthat, soil moisture 11.47% by weight (dry basis), the length of the leaf 15 cm., fieldcapacity was 1.95 rai./hr. with 91.98% field efficiency, fuel consumption was 1.58 l./rai.Weeding control was tested and found that soil moisture 12.56% by weight (dry basis),total of the weed 780 kg./rai., field capacity was 1.98 rai./hr. with 96.12% field efficiency,fuel consumption 1.35 l./rai., total weight after weeding 19.04 kg./rai., weeding efficiencywas 97.55%. |
