| Abstract | The efficacy of two systemic fungicides namely prochloraz and propiconazole + Difenoconazole with half- and recommended concentration, were completely inhibited (100%) the mycelia growth of Curvularia sp. and Helminthosporium sp. causing dirty panicles of rice on potato dextrose agar (PDA), but the highest percentage of inhibiting the conidial germination was found at 49.32%. While six effective actinomycetes namely NSP1, NSP2, NSP3, NSP4, NSP5 and NSP6, were inhibited the mycelia growth of Curvularia sp. ranging from 48.00-82.22%, and 48.00-74.22% against Helminthosporium sp. on PDA. Nevertheless, the highest percentage of inhibiting the conidial germination of the culture medium (F) of isolate NSP2 and NSP6 were found at 92.39%. For the effect of two systemics and the NF- and F-type culture mediums were found in same results, which germ tube length of control developed longer than treated treatments. Abnormally-appearance of germinated conidias was found in treated treatments. Moreover, if the conidia were found abnormal, the conidial germination and mycelium development could not take place. While the germination were found in normally conidia but delay comparable to control. |
