| Abstract | Understanding and respecting the concept of "Comprehensive education" focuses on personal development according to their aptitudes and needs in various ways. Income inequality among the rich and poor Thailand has much more gaps. The socio-economic status factors result in disparities in educational opportunities. Also, the information system and information on the education of individual populations are not complete and up-to-date, causing the state to be unable to allocate opportunities and provide educational services to the people thoroughly. Inaccessible, the target group has a comprehensive and complete need. In King Rama 7-10 of the Rattanakosin era, the school system teachers and learners are both kings; the royal family, civil servants, and familiar people have organized teaching and learning for the people systematically and equally. Music teachers with the reasonable potential ability to design teaching styles every effort has been made to ensure that all disadvantaged students can get involved in teaching. |
