บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำงานเป็นกะ ที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำงานเป็นกะ ที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ จำนวนประชากร 60,000 คนจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งมีเพศชาย 185 คน และเพศหญิง 215 คน โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปคำนวณหาขนาดตัวอย่างของ Taro Yamane ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ที่โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวอโนว่าและวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วย Scheffe Analysis ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีอายุ 20-39 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุงาน 2-5 ปี และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 10,001-20,000 บาท มีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำงานเป็นกะที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิโดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study quality of work life of employees who work in shifts at SuvarnabhumiAirport; 2) to compare quality of work life of employees who work in shifts at SuvarnabhumiAirport. The population size is 60,000 persons of 400 respondents were employed in research male 185 samples and female 215 samples.The finished table is based on a sample size of Taro Yamane. The confidence level of 95%. The questionnaire was used as a tool for compiling data. Statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, whereas the statistics test were t-test and One-Way ANOVA (Scheffe). The results showed that the majority of participants were female with the age of 20-39 years old and single. They completed a bachelor's degree and working age 2-5 years. They earned monthly 10,001 - 20,000 baht. The overall quality of work life of the employees who work in shifts at Suvarnabhumi Airport was good level and the comparison of the overall quality of work life based on different personnel characteristics had significant difference at .05 statisticallysignificant level.
