บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียนของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง มีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อแก้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียนให้ตรงเวลาของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555

มีการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กำหนดเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ

ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลสถานภาพทั่วไปเป็นการสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของนักศึกษา พบว่านักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ส่วนผลการเรียนของนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 2.51-3.00 ด้านนักศึกษาที่เข้าเรียนมากกว่า 10 ครั้งขึ้นไป และพฤติกรรมที่เป็นสาเหตุของการมาเรียนสายของนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ คือ ตื่นนอนสายและรอรับเพื่อน รองลงมาช่วยผู้ปกครองทำงานและไม่อยากมาเรียน ทำงานกลางคืนและรถเสีย ตามลำดับ

ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียนของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง เป็นการตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อพฤติกรรม การเข้าเรียนของนักศึกษา โดยใช้แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมนักศึกษา ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านผู้สอน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียน ด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเรียน ด้านการประเมินผลพฤติกรรมการเรียน พบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านเนื้อหาวิชามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูง รองลงมาเป็นด้านการประเมินผลพฤติกรรมการเรียน ด้านผู้สอน ด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเรียนและด้านกิจกรรมการเรียน ตามลำดับ

ส่วนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่าสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างควรมีฝ่ายจริยธรรมและคุณธรรมเสนอวิธีการลงโทษโดยให้นักศึกษาเป็นผู้เลือกปฏิบัติให้นักศึกษาในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมเป็นผู้กำหนดเกณฑ์การลงโทษของนักศึกษาที่มาสาย กรณีสำรวจนักศึกษาจากกลุ่มที่มาสายกรณีทำงานกลางคืนและช่วยผู้ปกครองทำงานในการหารายได้จุนเจือครอบครัวแล้วขึ้นทะเบียนเพื่อนำเสนอนโยบายให้ผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาหรือหาแหล่งทุนการศึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาต่อไป แนะนำให้อาจารย์ในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษามีความรับผิดชอบในการมาเรียนให้ทันเวลาและในการทำวิจัย อาจารย์ต้องทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผลงานของนักศึกษาไว้ทุกวันและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา เพื่อสังเกตการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของนักศึกษาตลอดเวลา ความเสียสละของอาจารย์และความพร้อมของสื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้งานวิจัยสำเร็จด้วยดี
