บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการบริหารหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนพร้อมใช้หลักสูตร จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและประเภทโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากจำนวนประชากรของโรงเรียนพร้อมใช้หลักสูตร จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2553 โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใช้ประชากรเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 84 คน ครูผู้สอนและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษากำหนดโดยใช้ตารางของ เครจซี่และ มอร์แกน จำนวน 306 คน แล้วใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดโรงเรียนและสถานภาพของประชากรแล้วทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอน จำนวน 222 คน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 84 คน จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างรวมทั้งสิ้น 390 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .969 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และกรรมการสถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทในการบริหารหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนพร้อมใช้หลักสูตร จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านการปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารจัดการ รองลงมาคือด้านการจัดทำสาระหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษาและด้านการปฏิบัติการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านสรุปผลการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และกรรมการสถานศึกษา เกี่ยวกับบทบาทการบริหารหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนพร้อมใช้หลักสูตรจำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนและกรรมการสถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการบริหารหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนพร้อมใช้หลักสูตรจำแนกตามประเภทโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the roles on education curriculum administration of administrator in Buriram Province basing on the opinions of administrators, teachers, and school board members regarding. The samples were 84 administrators, 222 teachers and 84 school board members, in a total of 390 who were from the pilot schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission in Buriram province in academic year 2009. The former group was from all administrators while the two latter groups were obtained through the Table of Krejcie and Morgan, stratified random sampling and simple random sampling, respectively. The research instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability of .969. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The research findings were as follows: 1) The roles on education curriculum administration of administrator in Buriram Province basing on the opinions of administrators, teachers, and school board members both in overall and each aspect were rated at the high level. The highest mean score was the curriculum administration process improvement and development, followed by the preparation of the school curriculum content and the operational management of the school curriculum. In contrast, the lowest mean score was the result of the management of educational courses. 2) The comparison of the roles on education curriculum administration of administrator in Buriram Province basing on the opinions of administrators, teachers, and school board members classified by positions both in overall and each aspect was not different.3) The comparison of the roles on education curriculum administration of administrators in Buriram Province basing on the opinions of administrators, teachers, and school board members classified school sizes both in overall and each aspect was statistically significant difference at .01 level.
