บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้ส่วนผสมของวัสดุในท้องถิ่นที่เหมาะสมต่อการผลิตเตาหุงต้มในครัวเรือนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชน โดยใช้หลักการ KM: ภาคปฏิบัติชุมชนด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) ซึ่งเน้นกระบวนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีแบบมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างเจ้าของเทคโนโลยีโดยใช้วิธีการฝึกอบรม

โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากในพื้นที่ กลุ่มผู้ใช้เตาหุงต้มบ้านบึงหล่มหมู่ 12 ตำบลคลองน้ำไหล อำเภอคลองลาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 10 คน โดยมีกิจกรรมการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีโดยใช้หลักการของการจัดการองค์ความรู้สู่ชุมชน (KM:CPP) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) แบ่งเป็นแบบทดสอบความพึงพอใจพิจารณารายละเอียดของการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีโดยแบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจก่อน หลัง และผู้รับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีมีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนรู้ เท่ากับ ร้อยละ 60.70 เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียดส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้ส่วนผสมของวัสดุในท้องถิ่นที่เหมาะสมในครัวเรือนพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย ( = 4.67) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD. = 0.46) การนำนวัตกรรมมาถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีในการผลิตเตาหุงต้มได้เป็นอย่างดี มีการดูดซึมน้ำน้อย มีค่าการหดตัวน้อย และมีค่าความแกร่งและน้ำหนักเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานได้สรุปโครงการ การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนโดยใช้หลักการการจัดการองค์ความรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนซึ่งมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objective of this study was to transfer the participatory technology by using local materials components which were appropriated of the production of household stoves for planting in order to develop quality of life of the community. This was done by using the principle of knowledge management (KM). It focused on the process of the participatory technology transfer between the technology owners, research team, and entrepreneurs. Participation in this study consisted of 10 farmers obtained by purposive random sampling. From Konnumlhue sub-district, Khlongkhlung district, Kampaengphet province. The principle of community knowledge management (KM : CPP) was used for the technology transfer activities. Descriptive statistics was used for data analysis and content analysis was used for qualitative data analysis. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for the statistical treatment. Knowledge testing paper and a set of questionnaires on satisfaction were used for data collection. Pretest and posttest on technology transfer were administered with the participants and the learning progress on technology of the participants was 60.70 percent. There was a highest level of the participants 'satisfaction with the local materials components which were appropriated for the production of household stoves ( = 4.67; SD. = 0.46) The application of the technology could save the expenses at a high level. As a whole, the transfer of a household stove and it had a highest level of appropriateness. This was because it had a little water absorption and shrinkage. Besides, it had an appropriate hardened characteristic which was suitable for using at the technology transfer based on the knowledge management was satisfactory at the highest level.
