บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาการจัดการความรู้เรือพื้นบ้านไทยเพื่อพัฒนาออกแบบเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมของพื้นที่ศึกษาและสถานะภาพของผู้ใช้เรือในการทำกิจกรรม ศึกษาปัญหาของวิถีชีวิตและพฤติกรรมชุมชนริมน้ำที่ใช้เรือเป็นพาหนะในการเดินทาง ศึกษารูปแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมและโครงสร้างเรือพื้นบ้าน และการนำเรือพื้นบ้านมาเป็นองค์ประกอบในการออกแบบร่วมกับอาคาร เสนอแนวทางจัดการความรู้เรื่องเรือพื้นบ้านไทย ขอบเขตพื้นที่และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาได้กำหนดบริเวณชุมชนริมน้ำในเขตอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราและอำเภอบางคล้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่ใช้เรือพื้นบ้านเป็นพาหนะในการเดินทางและทำกิจกรรมจำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบจดบันทึกการสำรวจสภาพกายภาพ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของวิถีชีวิตชุมชนริมน้ำ สาเหตุเกิดจากสภาพเศรษฐกิจ,สังคมและการพัฒนาด้านเทคโนโลยี เช่น เส้นทางคมนาคมทางบกมีความสะดวกมากขึ้นและเกิดการใช้รถยนต์เป็นพาหนะแทนเรือ จึงทำให้วิถีชีวิตของชาวชุมชนริมน้ำใช้เรือน้อยลง

Abstract

This study entitled “A Study of Local Knowledge Management for Developing a Learning Organization” is a qualitative study aiming : firstly to investigate problems of people who resided on riverbank and traveled by boat;

secondly, to examine architectural style of houses and structure of native boats; thirdly, to study application of native boats, as a component, into building design; and lastly, to propose knowledge management method in terms of Thai native boat. This study was conducted in the communities beside the riverbanks in Muang district and Bang Kla district of Chacheongsao province. The samples of this study were consisted of 50 people who used native boats as a vehicle for traveling and other activities. Data collecting tools were physical condition recording form, interview, and questionnaire. The findings were that lifestyle of people residing on the riverbanks had been changed due to economic and social changes and technology development such as more convenience of land transportation and replacement of cars, which reduced the popularity of water transportation.
