บทคัดย่อ

ปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกร ได้มาจากการเลี้ยงสุกรแบบระบบปิดของเกรียงไกรฟาร์ม เลี้ยงปีละ 2 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 5 เดือน ต่อจำนวนสุกร 1,250 ตัว น้ำเสียมูลสุกร น้ำปัสสาวะและเศษอาหาร ถูกนำมาเติมกากน้ำตาลและจุลินทรีย์อีเอ็ม แล้วผ่านระบบไบโอก๊าซบ่อหมักแบบโดมคงที่ ใช้เวลาในการหมักเป็นเวลาประมาณ 30-45 วัน จะได้ปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกร ในงานวิจัยนี้มีการเก็บตัวอย่างปุ๋ย 2 บริเวณ คือ บริเวณบ่อแยกตะกอน และบริเวณบ่อพักปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกร และนำมาวิเคราะห์คุณภาพปุ๋ยทั้งหมด 8 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปริมาณร้อยละของไนโตรเจนทั้งหมด ฟอสเฟตทั้งหมด และโพแทสเซียมทั้งหมด อินทรีย์คาร์บอน อินทรีย์วัตถุ อัตราส่วนคาร์บอนต่อไนโตรเจน ความเป็นกรดด่าง (pH) และค่าการนำไฟฟ้า ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่ามี 2 ตัวแปร ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของกรมวิชาการเกษตร คือ ค่าความเป็นกรดด่าง (7-8) และค่านำไฟฟ้า (ไม่เกิน 10 เดซิเมนต์ต่อเมตร) จากการที่เกษตรกรได้นำปุ๋ยน้ำหมักมูลสุกรไปใช้แทนปุ๋ยเคมี ในไร่มันสำปะหลัง ไร่อ้อย และแปลงเกษตรผสมผสาน พบว่าให้ผลผลิตทางการเกษตรดี และช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิต ซึ่งก็เป็นไปตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Abstract

Liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation from Kreangkrai farm was obtained from feeding the pigs by closed system. The feeding was made 2 times per year, 5 months per time and per 1,250 pigs. The waste water from swine manure, urine and food scraps were added with molasses and EM microorganism with fixed dome digester biogas system for 30-45 days and the liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation was got. In this research, fertilizer samples were kept at 2 stations; the sediment pond and swine manure fermentation pond. The liquid fertilizers were analyzed for quality for 8 parameters which were the total percentage of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium including of .organic carbon, organic matter, carbon per nitrogen ratio, pH and conductivity. There were two parameters which passed benchmark of Department of Agriculture. There were pH (7-8) and conductivity (>10 decement per meter). Moreover, the agriculturist used the liquid fertilizer of swine manure fermentation to replace the chemical fertilizer for planting cassava, sugar cane and integrated farming. The agricultural products were more produced and they could reduce the cost of production that was in accordance with the philosophy of sufficiency economy.
