บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาการพัฒนาสูตรสบู่แฟนซีจากน้ำมันที่ใช้แล้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการบำบัดน้ำมันที่ใช้แล้วเพื่อพัฒนาสูตรสบู่แฟนซีจากน้ำมันที่ใช้แล้ว โดยวิธีการบำบัดน้ำมันที่ใช้แล้ว จะใช้วัสดุที่มีในท้องถิ่น คือการกรอง จะใช้ผ้าขาวบางพับหลาย ๆ ชั้น เพื่อกรองเอาสิ่งเจือปนจากอณูของอินทรียวัตถุออกจากน้ำมัน จากนั้นใช้น้ำส้มสายชูในอัตราส่วน 1 : 1 หมักทิ้งไว้ เพื่อช่วยในการดับกลิ่นเหม็นหืนของน้ำมัน และใช้ถ่านดูดซับกลิ่นและความชื้นของน้ำมันส่วนเกินออก ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายจะใช้น้ำสะอาดลงไปปริมาตรเท่ากันกับน้ำมันเพื่อล้างทำความสะอาด การทำสบู่แฟนซีมีรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ สบู่แฟนซีปลาโลมา สบู่แฟนซีรูปหัวใจ สบู่แฟนซีวุ้นมะพร้าว สบู่แฟนซีรูปวงกลมหลายสีซ้อนกัน และสบู่แฟนซีรูปส้ม จากการประเมินความชอบของผู้ประเมินที่มีต่อสบู่แฟนซีที่ได้จากการวิจัย พบว่าคะแนนความชอบที่ระดับ 4 และ 5 รวมกัน ซึ่งหมายถึง ชอบและชอบมาก ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้คะแนนความชอบโดยรวมของสบู่แฟนซีจากน้ำมันที่ใช้แล้วเท่ากับ 75.5 % ทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ และทางเคมีของผลิตภัณฑ์สบู่ก้อนใส โดยใช้วิธีการทดสอบตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม มอก.29-2545 และมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน มผช.94-2546 ผลิตภัณฑ์สบู่ที่ได้นั้นสามารถนำมาใช้ชำระล้างขจัดคราบสกปรกสำหรับร่างกายได้

Abstract

The purpose was to study the treatment methods of used oil in order to make fancy soap. The treatment methods of used oil involved with local materials. This was filtered using a cheesecloth folded in several layers to filter out impurities from the oil particles of organic matter. Then, the vinegar was added in the ratio 1 : 1 to assist in the inhibit rancidity and the charcoal absorbs odors and excess moisture out of the oil. The final step was equal to the volume of water which was merged into the oil to be cleaned. A development model of various forms of fancy soap, including fancy dolphin soap, fancy heart soap, fancy coconut jelly soap, multi-layer circle soap and juice sac in citrus soap. Moreover, the factor of purchasing fancy soap the buying criteria were as follows; model, color, odor, texture and price. Furthermore, the overall acceptability score was shown to be 75.5 percentage. The physical and chemical properties of the products were tested by Thai Industrial Standards Institute 292545 and Thai Community Product Standard 94-2546 . The products of soap was show to be good reasonable to use for take a bath.
