บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษา

ข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในการสร้างยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และรูปแบบพิธีกรรม ของประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของยุทธศาสตร์ 3) เพื่อทดลองยุทธศาสตร์ ที่สร้างขึ้น 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อยุทธศาสตร์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานใช้แบบสอบถาม การประชาคม การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) ประเมิน ความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้อง (Index of Congruence) การหาประสิทธิภาพ โดยการทดลอง (Try Out) การทดลองใช้ยุทธศาสตร์กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 3 กลุ่มๆละ 30 คน วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบโดยใช้ t-test dependent และการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาทุกข์ร้อนมาจากแก่นแท้ของประเพณีเริ่มสูญหาย ปัญหาเป้าหมายคือประชาชนขาดศักยภาพในการเข้าถึงประเพณี ทั้งนี้เนื่องจาก องค์ความรู้ยังไม่ชัดเจน

รูปแบบพิธีกรรมบางประการไม่เหมาะสม มีผลให้เจตคติเริ่มเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ยุทธศาสตร์ใน

การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และรูปแบบพิธีกรรมประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ จึงแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ การ

พัฒนาองค์ความรู้ โดย การสร้างเอกสารเรื่อง “สืบสานตำนานท้องถิ่น : ประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ

จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์” การพัฒนารูปแบบพิธีกรรมและการ เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ฯ ด้วยการฝึกอบรมเรื่อง “การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และรูปแบบพิธีกรรมประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์”

ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพของยุทธศาสตร์ที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.71/80.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนด ผลการทดลองใช้ยุทธศาสตร์พบว่า 1) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีพัฒนาการเรียนรู้หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2)ได้รูปแบบพิธีกรรมประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำที่มาจากการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาชน 3)ได้ยุทธศาสตร์ การขับเคลื่อนประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดงานประเพณีอุ้มพระดำน้ำ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีต่อยุทธศาสตร์ฯพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this quantitative and qualitative research were: 1) to study basic and necessary information for creating the strategy for developing knowledge and the ritual model of the Umpra-Dumnarm cultural event in Phetchabun Province; 2) to construct and test the quality of the strategy; 3) to trial the strategy; and 4) to evaluate the satisfaction with the strategy. The stakeholders used in the research consisted of people living in Phetchabun province. Basic and necessary information was collected by using questionnaires, public hearing, interview, and participatory observation and the information was validated by using focus group discussion, appropriateness and congruence index evaluation, and trying out for its efficiency. The drafted strategy was tried out with three 30-sample groups and comparatively analyzed with t-test dependent. The satisfaction was evaluated by using questionnaires and the content was evaluated by using content analysis with mean and standard deviation.

The result of the study showed that problems arose from the lost of essence of the rite. The target problem was the lack of competency in approaching the Umpra-Dumnarm cultural rite of Phetchabun people owing to unclear body of knowledge, some inappropriate rites, and the changing attitude. The strategy for developing the body of knowledge and the a ritual model of the Umpra-Dumnarm cultural event in Phetchabun Province was therefore separated into 3 parts: developing knowledge body by creating the documentary series entitling “Preservation of Local Legend : Umpra-Dumnarm Cultural Event of Phetchabun Province”; developing the ritual model; and spreading knowledge through the training on the topic “The Development of Knowledge Body and Ritual Event Model of Umpra-Dumnarm Cultural Event of Phetchabun Province”.

The efficiency value of the constructed and developed strategy was 81.71/80, which complied with the set standard criterion. The result of trying out of the strategy was found that: 1) The participants' knowledge after the training was significantly higher than that before the training at statistical level .05; 2) The ritual model of the Umpra-Dumnam Cultural Event was constructed through people's participation; 3) The strategy for propelling the Umpra-Dumnarm Cultural Event of Phetchabun Province.

Overall satisfaction with the strategy of the authorized and concerned people in holding the Umpra-Dumnarm Cultural Event of Phetchabun Province was at high level.
