Abstract The objective of this research is to examine the status of educational management of the inputs, processes and outputs by comparing the satisfaction in current situation with expectations towards the postgraduate program of the Graduate School of Public Administration, Burapha University. The sample were selected non-proportional stratified sampling consisted of 200 graduate students and 50 educational service providers totaling 250. The statistics used in the study include frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation and dependent sample t-test. It was found that: 1. Graduate student and graduates had a high level of satisfaction for all inputs and processes while service providers had a very high level of satisfaction for all five output factors; 2. Graduate student and graduates had a very high level of expectation for all inputs and processes with service providers also having a very high level of expectation for all five output factors, and; 3. a comparison of existing conditions and input and process factor expectations as well as result outputs reveals a significant difference when the level of statistical significance is set at .05.
