| Abstract | The objectives of this research are 1. to study the general condition 2. to conduct a comparative study 3. To present management guidelines according to the 5S principles of temples in Mueang District. Nakhon Nayok Province The research method is a combined method. During the quantitative research, a questionnaire was used. The confidence value was 0.924 from the sample group including There were 227 monks in Mueang District. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. and qualitative research Interviews with 10 key informants or people were analyzed descriptively. The results of the research found that: 1. Management according to the 5S principles of temples in Mueang District Nakhon Nayok Province Overall, it was at a high level (x ̅=4.07, S.D.=0.42). When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect. 2. The results of the research hypothesis test found that monks with age, years of age, and educational qualifications as religious monks and general education qualifications are different and have different opinions Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected. 3. Guidelines for management according to the 5S principles of temples in Mueang District. Nakhon Nayok Province, on the clean-up side, there was a plan for the temple to clearly divide the area of the Sangkhawas and the Buddhawas. Sorting various items into categories and labeling them clearly. On the convenient side, there is organization, making signs to show the way, placing things everywhere to make the work easier to pick up and use. On the clean side, there is cleaning. Maintain various equipment, sweep up leaves and garbage regularly, and create standards. Arrange the building to have adequate lighting. The air is easily ventilated. Provide containers to receive wet and dry waste throughout the temple area. Discipline aspect Cultivating awareness creates 5S discipline. Practice following the 5S principles regularly to build discipline. |
