| Abstract | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of performance according to the Brahmavihara Dhamma principles of Kumphawapi Hospital personnel, (2) to study the factors influencing performance according to the Brahmavihara Dhamma principles of Kumphawapi Hospital personnel, and (3) To study the guidelines for working according to the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma of personnel at Kumphawapi Hospital. Kumphawapi District Udon Thani Province The sample group includes 345 personnel and staff at Kumphawapi Hospital, and the target group includes 10 executives and service visitors. This is a quantitative and qualitative research. Statistics used include mean and standard deviation multiple regression analysis using sequential variable selection method accompanying the discussion of results Data analysis and descriptive analysis.The research results found that: 1) Performance level according to the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma of personnel at Kumphawapi Hospital. Overall, it is at a moderate level. They can be arranged in descending order as follows: Neutral side happy side aspects of love and compassion, respectively. 2) Factors influencing the performance according to the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma of personnel at Kumphawapi Hospital Significantly, they include the attentiveness aspect (X1), the evaluation aspect (X5), and the sincerity aspect (X3). The coefficients of the predictors in the raw score (b) were 2.128, .534, and .326, respectively and 3) Officers wish to be good to those who come to serve them willingly, be friendly, not obnoxious, and speak sweetly and sweetly. There is a desire for patients to be free from their current symptoms, receive close service, speak politely, and have a smiling face. Adhere to the principle of neutrality, trust, unbiased, and love. Solve problems with reason Work with pride Give importance to those who come to receive services willingly. Create motivation for personnel are fair knowing how to use Dhamma principles to apply in management by using the principles of Brahma Vihara Dhamma will make the work of personnel more efficient. |
