Abstract The purpose of this research is to 1) to study the use of the 4 principles of Iddhipāda in performing duties, 2) to study the factors in using the 4 principles of Iddhipaṭṭhā in performing duties, and 3) to study guidelines for developing the use of the 4 principles of Iddhipaṭṭhā in performance Duties of educational personnel in Maha Sarakham Province The researcher uses qualitative and quantitative research. The sample population consisted of 370 people and a group of 10 people providing information, statistics used in the research, frequency values, and average percentage values and standard deviation multiple regression analysis accompanying the discussion of results and descriptive analysis.The results of the research found that: 1) the use of the 4 principles of Iddhipāda in performing their duties by educational personnel was at a moderate level arranged from highest to lowest as follows chanda, vimansa, viriya, and citta, respectively. 2) Factors that influence the use of the 4 principles of Iddipada in the performance of duties by educational personnel. Significant at the .05 level includes policy and administrationX2 Type of work assignedX1 the two independent variables had predictive coefficients on raw scores (b) of .322 and -.249, respectively and 3) it is necessary to use the principle of satisfaction in data collection and important problems of the study. The personnel are involved in preparing a plan to perform duties in accordance with the plan Both using the principles of perseverance and perseverance to evaluate the situation before implementing the plan that has been laid out Applying Chitta principles in project was linking initiatives, evaluating, monitoring and using Vimansa principles. Consideration is applied to the performance of educational personnel appropriately by taking into account the personnel's thorough consideration.
