Abstract This academic article aims to present human resource management which is a valuable factor of society and the nation. Which country has human resources with high potential and can be utilized in a creative way? the country was prosperous, prosperous and economically stable. Politics and society, but if any country lacks valuable human resources or can not be used to benefit the nation. The country was difficult to develop. Prosperity or backwardness of the country depends on the human resource factor. Because human resources are the main factor that contributes to development, other factors that contribute to national development, whether economic, political, and social, come from all human resources. Countries therefore aim to have efficient human resources. and has a good human resource management system that creates the greatest benefit to the nation.
