| Abstract | The objectives of this thematic were 1.To study the political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok. 2. To compare the political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok on gender, age, education level and Different monthly income 3. To suggest guidelines for political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok. The research tool was a questionnaire. The sample was collected from 990 medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok. The sample size was 361 people by Krejcie and Morgan's open table method. ) and using simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). There are 2 types of statistics used in data analysis. These were descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics, namely t-test and F-test or One-Way ANOVA.The results were found as follows : 1. Medical personnel, Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok Political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok, overall in all 3 aspects, was at a high level. when considering each aspect Sorted by average from descending. It was found that the aspect of political opinions had the highest average. Followed by political news. and in terms of exercising the right to vote Least mean, respectively. 2. Comparative results of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok with gender, education level different Political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok, including 3 aspects, were significantly different at 0.05 level. education level and monthly income were different. There were no differences in overall opinions on political participation in all 3 aspects. 3. Medical personnel, Phayathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok has suggested guidelines for political participation of medical personnel at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Bangkok, which can be categorized as follows: Political news monitoring Medical personnel should be encouraged to use the action model in monitoring the news to promote political participation. 2. Political expression namely, should study more in other hospitals to gain in-depth information about political participation and can be used to solve problems in the overview of political participation The aspect of voting, for example, there should be further study of the characteristics and factors affecting political participation in other aspects, such as political follow-up. expressing political opinions, etc. |
