| Abstract | This research article aimed to 1) to study the attitudes of people toward five precepts observing village project, 2) to study factors forecast on the ethical behavior of the people, 3) to study the ethical behavior of the people, 4) to study driving factors five precepts observing village project, forecast on the ethical behavior of the people, 5) to study the development. A quantitative research. The sample was 181 people living Nongyangkham Village. The intruments for collecting data were the questionnaire. Analyze data using were mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, multiple linear regression analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1) The attitude towards five precepts observing village project, overall high level (x ̅ = 4.49). 2) The factors influencing ethical behavior of people, overall high level (x ̅ = 4.39). 3) The ethical behavior towards five precepts observing village project, overall high level (x ̅ = 4.50). 4) The results of the analysis of the factors by examining the linear relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, overall were factor community expectations (X6) (ß = .329), factor art of persuasion (X4) (ß = .302), factor continuity of the activity (X2) (ß = .281) is linearly correlated with the dependent variable. (Factors Influencing People's Ethical Behavior) (F = 63.427; p - Value = 0.001). 5) The Developmental approach driving five precepts observing village project is policy should be planned, opportunity for all sectors to participate, management of learning within temples and communities as appropriate. |
