Abstract The research objective was to determine the standard performance of an industrial product distributor with balanced scorecard concept according to five perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, supplier perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The development started by study and collected the information from the company, analyzed the internal andexternal environment, KPIs of organize level was determined and transformed the strategy into division level for action. Then, the targets KPIs were set and evaluated according to each perspective through Brainstorming Technique of Top Managements. The result demonstrates that the average score of financial perspective was 87.62%, supplier perspective was 90.86%, internal process perspective was 86.79%, learning and growth perspective was 88.57% and customer perspective was increased from 35.24% to 92.70%. In conclusion, the factory can use these develop KPIs to improve and develop production efficiency.
