The effectiveness of sustainable performance at Thailand Post Co., Ltd. model focuses on four aspects of sustainability: economic, social, corporate governance, and environmental dimensions. The quantitative results reveal that the correlation coefficients between creative leadership, work engagement, organizational loyalty, and effectiveness of sustainable performance range from 0.490 to 0.799, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
