| Abstract | The research aimed to study and to develop and validate the accuracy and appropriateness of the forecasting model to forecast the number of graduate teachers from year 2556 - 2565 BC. The research was concreted on 2 stages: 1) the development and validation of the model, 2) the forecast of the number of graduate teachers. The results of this research are as follows: 1. The graduate teacher forecasting model developed consists of five stages: 1) to predict the number of children aged 0-7 years, 2) to predict the number of students in each grade level, 3) to predict the number of teachers by the number of students predicted, 4) to predict the number of teachers for the lack / excess, and 5) to predict the expected number of graduate teachers to be produced. Audit results found that the graduate teacher forecasting model developed is accurate and appropriate for the forecast. 2. The graduate teacher forecasting model developed to forecast the population aged 0-7 years, the number of students, the number of teachers with the appropriate number of students, the number of teachers needed in the future and the expected number of graduate teachers to be produced. It was found that during the year 2556 - 2565 BC graduate teachers should not exceed 20,000 to 30,000 persons/ year. |
