| Abstract | This research aimed 1) to compare public relations media exposure behavior within the organization as classified by the variables of gender, age, educational level, work experience and position, 2) to study the correlation between public relation exposure behavior within the organization and expectations of employees towards public relations media within the organization, and 3) to study the correlation between public relations media exposure behavior within the organization and satisfaction of employees towards public relations media within the organization. The sample consisted of 354 employees of Thai summit hardness public company limited and subsidiaries selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument used was a rating scale questionnaires with a reliability coefficient of 954 data were analyzed through mean, standard deviation, correlation, analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Differences gender showed different public relations media exposure behavior. However, differences in age, educational level, work experience, and position revealed no differences in public relations media exposure behavior. 2. Public relations media exposure behavior within the organization correlated with expectations the employees towards the characteristics and content of the public relations media within the organization. 3. Expectations towards public relations media within the organization correlated with satisfaction of employees towards public relation media within the organization |
