| Abstract | The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the level of technology leadership among school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to compare technology leadership classified by school size. The sample group consisted of 205 teachers, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.94. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.The results indicated that: 1) The overall technology leadership of school administrators was at a high level ( = 4.15, S.D. = 0.65). When considering individual aspects, the highest mean score was found in promoting a digital learning culture, followed by excellence in professional practice, while the lowest mean score was in technology leadership vision. 2) Comparative analysis revealed that administrators in large-sized schools demonstrated significantly higher technology leadership than those in small and medium-sized schools at the .05 level, suggesting that resource readiness influences the expression of technological leadership roles. |
