| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the factors influencing the efficiency of work of personnel in the legal and land ownership department. The population is civil servants, government employees, full-time employees, mission-based employees, and general employees of the Legal and Land Ownership Department, Office of the Department of Highways 10 (Nakhon Ratchasima) totaling 17 people. The data collection tool is a questionnaire on factors influencing performance. Data analysis using Mean and Standard deviation statistics. Factors influencing the efficiency in the work of personnel in the legal and land ownership departments were at the highest level, both overall and in each aspect. The averages are arranged in descending order as follows: Personnel, Work Achievement, Creative and Challenging Nature of Work, Career Advancement, Wages and Compensation, Work Security, respectively. |
