| Abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมายและองค์ประกอบของทักษะการสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาครู โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพตามแนวทางกรณีศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ครูที่ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี จำนวน 9 คน อาจารย์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพครู การจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู การนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 6 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาครู ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) การสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดี 2) การฟังอย่างอย่างตั้งใจ 3) การสะท้อนคิด 4) การเสริมกำลังใจ และ 5) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ดังนั้นองค์ประกอบของการสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาครูที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้สามารถนำมากำหนดผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวัง และใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนานักศึกษาครูให้มีทักษะการสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดประสบการณ์ให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขThis research aims to address the component of creative communication skills for student teachers by using the qualitative methodology to follow the in-depth interview model of nine teachers who won the Princess Maha Chakri Award and six professors in higher education institutions who have high experience in learning management, school integrated learning, and coaching student teachers. The purposive sampling technique is applied to analyze the content, which indicates that the creative communication skills for student teachers have five elements; 1) creating a good relationship, 2) active listening, 3) reflective thinking, 4) encouraging, and 5) inspiring. Therefore, the composition of creative communication skills for student teachers is developed to determine the learning expectations and generate guidelines to enhance the creative communication skills for student teachers to manage the well-studied environment. |
