| Abstract | The purpose of this research is 1) Study the composition of the model for the productive learning instruction, 2) Develop a model of productive learning instruction, and 3) Compare learning innovation skills of experimental group, control group, sample group. Namely students in the field of computer education, Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Chaiyaphum University studied in the course ‘Education and Community Development’ academic year 2019, semester 2. The results showed that; 1) There were 4 components of the instructional model in productive learning. 2) There were 4 steps learning process in the productive learning model. 3) Comparison of skills for learning innovation of experimental group and control group was found that the cognitive domain scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group at the statistical significance level of .05. Regarding the skill range of the experimental group, the average score was excellent. Which is higher than the control group. And in the affective score was found that the experimental group had a high level of satisfaction. |
