| Abstract | This study aimed to investigate as 1) the level of security management in operation and the level of safety behavior in the operation of police officers in Prachinburi Province, and 2) the relationship of personal characteristics of police officers with safety behavior in the operation of police officers in Prachinburi Province. The data used the questionnaire and collected from 285 police officers working in Prachinburi Province and analyzed using mean (๐'ฅฬ), standard deviation (S.D.), simple multiple regression analysis, T-test, Schaffer's method to compare pairs, and One-way ANOVA for the mean of more than two variables. The results revealed that 1) he security management in operations was at a high level and the overall level of safety behavior of the police officers at a high level. 2) The police officers working in Prachinburi Province had personal characteristics in terms of gender and positions in different fields that had different effects on the overall operational safety behavior of police officers. There was a statistically significant level of 0.05. |
