| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the work adaptation of Oman Air cabin crew. In the situation of the epidemic of corona virus 2019 (COVID-19). 2) to find ways to livelihoods of Oman Air cabin crew in the situation of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. It is a qualitative research (Qualitative Research) using an interview as a tool for studying. The key informants this time are Oman Air's cabin crew 2 people, female, 2 Thai nationality, 10 cabin crew, 7 females consist of Thai nationality. Philippines 1 person, male consist of 2 Oman nationals, total of 12 informants. The results of the study revealed that 1) Oman Air crew work adjustment. In the situation of the epidemic of corona virus 2019 (COVID-19). It was found that at first there was no formal protection regulations, salary reductions and staff reductions were announced, causing anxiety and happiness at work to feel unequal, but after the announcement of the rules on prevention methods. The use of protective equipment gives a sense of safety and the importance of the crew in terms of health and safety builds the trust and loyalty of the crew. 2) Guidelines for the lives of crew members of Oman Air in the situation of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak found that the crew tried to change their lifestyles to be able to live happily during the crisis. The development of more skills was proud after the organization held a joint meeting between management and employees. Comments have been proposed to send their employees to fly with other airlines to arrange a return flight to Muscat-Doha for the FIFA World Cup 2022 (Fifa World Cup 2022) and adjusting the work of some employees to understand the airline's policy makes employees happy to work more than during the COVID situation. |
