| Abstract | The academic article "Living according to the Idappacchayat? principle" aims to present the way of living according to the Idappacchayat? principle in order to live in accordance with the process of nature for balance and sustainable happiness. The analysis found that there are two approaches to living with change in balance according to the Idappacchayat? as follows: 1) knowing and understanding the laws of nature and life according to the Idappaccayat? principle, i.e. cause and effect, Tilakkhana the principle of interconnectedness of everything and the principle of balance. 2) knowing what to do to live by this principle consisting of 2.1) According to the principle of cause and effect, which is to know the nature of the mind and body, search for relate factors and act accordingly to the desired effect. 2.2) The Trinity principle is to not be careless, there must be preparation in all activities. 2.3) The relationship principle is to consider the cause, effect and relationship in order to be able to find a solution to the problem directly. 2.4) The principle of balance is to live life by learning to live with reality. Constantly contemplating the effects of the surrounding things during the practice of Vipassan? in the practice session and daily life. |
