| Abstract | This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of people to quality of public services in Pattaya city for the fiscal year 2023. A quantitative research method was used to collect data from a sample of 500 residents and tourists who are recipients or beneficiaries from the fiscal year 2023 budget allocations of Pattaya city. The data was collected by using a survey tool to assess the quality of services according to the research objective and average ( ) was used to data analysis . The results indicated that the overall satisfaction with the public services in Pattaya City for the fiscal year 2023 is at a high level ( = 2.82). The average satisfaction levels for each aspects are as follows: 1) "Urban well-being" - high level of satisfaction ( = 2.78); 2) "Well-being of people" - high level of satisfaction ( = 2.81); 3) "Sustainable Environment" - high level of satisfaction ( = 2.84); and 4) "Learning City and Good Governance" - high level of satisfaction ( = 2.84). |
