| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the effectiveness of the elderly allowance service of Khu Khot Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province, and 2) to study the recommendations on the effectiveness of the elderly allowance service of Khu Khot Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province. The research was quantitative. The population used in this study was 10,375 elderly who received the elderly allowance services from Khu Khot Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province, as of January 2022. The sample was determined by Taro Yamane table. A sample of 390 people was obtained. The data collection tools were questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation.The results found that 1) the effectiveness of the elderly allowance service of Khu Khot Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province overall, was at a high level ( = 4.45). At a high level ( = 4.47) for service personnel at a high level ( = 4.46) and in terms of facilities At a high level ( = 4.42); and 2) the recommendations on the effectiveness of the elderly allowance service of Khu Khot Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province was found that the process of service provision should be developed and improved in the selection process, recipients of pensioners met the criteria with an emphasis on transparency and people's participation in the consideration. service personnel should organize a project to enhance the quality of service for the municipal staff of Khu Khot Facilities. There should be more channels to notify the payment of pensioners sufficiently and regularly. |
