| Abstract | This research was a quantitative research. The objectives were: 1) to study the level of the participation of people in career development to increase income in Khao Chonkan Sub-district at Mae Wong District in Nakhon Sawan Province, and 2) to compare of the participation of people in career development to increase income in Khao Chonkan Sub-district at Mae Wong District in Nakhon Sawan Province. The samples group used in this study were 370 people that live in the community in Khao Chonkan Sub-district at Mae Wong District in Nakhon Sawan Province by the using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using a ready-made program for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and test the hypothesis using T-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA).The research findings were as follows:1. The participation of people in career development to increase income in Khao Chonkan Sub-district at Mae Wong District in Nakhon Sawan Province in overall was found that the participation of people in career development to increase income was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the participation in decision making, the participation in operations, the Participation in evaluation and the participation in receiving benefits was at a moderate level.2. The results of comparative of the participation of people in career development to increase income in Khao Chonkan Sub-district at Mae Wong District in Nakhon Sawan Province was found that people with ages, occupations, education levels, and length of residence were different that the participation of people in career development to increase income were different. Meanwhile, the people with genders and incomes were different that the participation of people in career development to increase income were not different. |
