| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) To study the factors influencing the success in implementing an enterprise resource planning system. of small and medium enterprises in Thailand. 2) to analyze the relationship of structural equations influencing the success of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system of small and medium enterprises in Thailand 3) To develop a model of factors influencing the success of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system. of small and medium enterprises in ThailandThis research was a mixed research from the population of 9,481 places small and medium enterprises entrepreneurs in Thailand. A total of 360 sample populations were obtained. A random sampling method was used among 15 people, including entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises in Thailand and experts in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in Thailand. Major Finding: 1) Success in adopting the Enterprise Resource Planning system of small and medium enterprises in Thailand is the resource planning system. government support competitive environment acceptance of the use of the system and success in operations 2) The resource planning system, the entrepreneur side government support competitive environment acceptance of the use of the system and success in operations It directly and indirectly influences the implementation success of Enterprise Resource Planning system adoption of small and medium enterprises in Thailand. The index of consistency level of the structural equation model was appropriate and harmonious with the empirical data. 2= 104.758, 2/df = 0.873, (df) = 120, Probability level = 838, GFI = 0.914, CFI = 1.000, RMR = 0.018, RMSEA = 0.000 and 3) the possibility of factors influencing the success of the development of factors influencing the success of adoption of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of small and medium enterprises. In Thailand, there is a mutual link with the adoption of enterprise resource planning systems. |
