| Abstract | This research aims to synthesize the components of strong communities in Thailand. Use qualitative methods, the study analyzes secondary data through documentary research, guided by Scott's concepts (1990; 2006). A synthesis of 25 selected research articles and academic papers from the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (ThaiJo) was conducted. The study found that the components of strong communities in Thailand include citizen participation, community’s effective leaders, learning spaces and community wisdom, community management processes, support from the public and private sectors, self-reliant communities, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, stable employment and income, social capital and communities that are not involved in drug, religious activities, environmental sustainability, promotion of elderly health. community relationship-building activities, human potential within the community, and food safety. |
