| Abstract | Hemorrhagic stroke has high incidence in the emergency department. The high accuracy in prognostic tools leads to appropriate care plan. Full Outline UnResponsive-ness (FOUR) score is better than Glasgow coma scale (GCS) for predicting prognosis and neurological outcome post cardiac arrest comatose patients. So we had concept for using FOUR score for predicting prognosis in hemorrhagic stroke patients. |
