| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to study 1) the effectiveness conditions of the policy implementation of Women’s Empowerment Fund (WEF) in Udon Thani Province. 2) factors affecting the policy implementation effectiveness of WEF in Udon Thani Province, and 3) the guidelines in developing the policy implementation effectiveness of WEF in Udon Thani Province. This research was a mixed method: quantitative research using questionnaires and and the sample consisted of 620 participants, and qualitative research using In-depth Structured Interview. The sample consisted of 6 participants. The statistics used in the analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows. 1) The effectiveness conditions of the policy implementation of WEF in Udon Thani Province, found that all factors were important to the policy implementation of WEF. 2) factors affecting the policy implementation effectiveness of WEF in Udon Thani Province following: continuous monitoring, the Policy Implementing Agencies, worker's attitude, communication, resources used in operations, leadership and participation, With statistical significance at the level of 0.05, while it states that these 7 factors explain 66.60 percent of the total variance of the policy implementation effectiveness of WEF. The research guidelines in developing the policy implementation effectiveness of WEF in Udon Thani Province under the guidelines named “9 S”. |
