| Abstract | This article is a synthesis of the decentralization plan for Local Government Organizations, B.E. 2543 and B.E. 2550. It’s important equipment in decentralizing the state to Local Government Organizations, which has important content consisting of (1) overview of decentralization plan; (2) decentralization framework; (3) scope, approach and decentralization objectives. The essence of these three elements mentioned, the state are aimed to decentralization the state decentralize to the Local Government Organizations is smooth and effective. Local government Organizations are independent within the framework of the law. People can benefit from public services. The operations of the Local Government Organizations are transparent and people are participating in the administration of the Local Government Organizations. The author of this article aims to give every interested person and scholars in local administration have seen the overview, conceptual framework, scope and purpose of decentralization of local government in the country. |
