| Abstract | Objective: 1) Study the quality culture in Islamic private schools in Songkhla Province. 2) Examine the success conditions for strengthening quality culture in Islamic private schools.Methodology: This qualitative study involved in-depth interviews with 12 key informants (7 administrators, 5 teachers) from Islamic private schools in Songkhla Province. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, unstructured observations, and field notes, validated through triangulation (data, theory, methods, and time). Content analysis was employed, including verbatim transcription, coding, categorization, and synthesis.Research Findings: The quality culture of Islamic private schools in Songkhla Province comprised seven dimensions: quality leadership, personnel development, customer focus, recognition and rewards, continuous quality improvement, teamwork, and shared responsibility grounded in religious values. 2. Two key factors for successfully strengthening this culture were identified: (1) the integration of Islamic ways of life in cultivating a quality culture, reflected in administrators and personnel who possess Islamic knowledge and consistently apply Islamic principles in both their professional and daily lives.Contributions: The findings can be used as a framework for studying quality culture in Islamic private schools and for examining the conditions for the successful promotion of a quality culture in Islamic private schools. |
