| Abstract | This research aimed to study: (1) level of effectiveness of rights and juristic registration services of PrachuapKhiri Khan Land Office (2) quality of services regarding rights registration and juristic acts of the PrachuapKhiri Khan Land Office (3) quality of services Having a logical-effect relationship And the effectiveness of rights and legal registration services of PrachuapKhiri khan Land Office The sample group used in the research was 394 people who came to contact the PrachuapKhiri Khan Land Office. Data were treated and analyzed by using descriptive and Inferential Statistics methods, which were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Findings: 1. The effectiveness level of rights and legal registration services of PrachuapKhiri Khan Provincial Land Office found that in general and in each aspect the effectiveness is at the highest level. The order is as follows: accuracy in work, rights registration and legal affairs Satisfaction in providing services on rights registration and legal transaction and the achievement of goals in the registration of rights and juristic acts 2. The quality of service in relation to the registration of rights and juristic acts of PrachuapKhiri Khan Provincial Land Office found that the overall quality of service is at the highest level. When considering each aspect, found that the quality of service is at the highest level in the following order Providing equal service Continuous service on time service Progressive service and the aspect of service quality at a high level is sufficient service. 3. Service quality factors in overall, on time Sufficient service Continuous service provision and progressive services Have a rational relationship with the effectiveness of rights and juristic registration services of PrachuapKhiri Khan Land Office statistical significance at the level of 0.001 The equation of the multiple regression analysis is ?= 0.601**0.004 x1 + 0.194 x2 ** + 0.060 x3 ** + 0.515 x4 **+ 0.109 x5 ** |
