| Abstract | This research aimed to study 1) organizational commitment of academic supporting staff of Burapha University, 2) perceived career success of academic supporting staff of Burapha University, 3) perceived career success influenced the organizational commitment of academic supporting staff of Burapha University. Data were treated and analyzed by using descriptive and Inferential Statistic Methods, which were percentage, Frequency, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test and Multiple Regression Analysis. Using Probability Sampling and Stratified Random Sampling. Sample group consisted of 340 academic supporting staff working in Burapha University. Finding: 1) organizational commitment, as a whole and each aspect was at high level, 2) perceived career success, as a whole and each aspect was at high level, 3) perceived career success in aspects of interpersonal success (X2) and hierarchical success (X4) affecting organizational commitment of academic supporting staff of Burapha University at the percentage of 34.30 with statistical significance level of 0.01. The regression equation was Y ? = 1.183 + 0.146(X1) + 0.202(X2) + 0.088(X3) + 0.265(X4) |
