| Abstract | The objective of this research is to study organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and iddhipada-4 affecting the work performance of employee in manufacturing industry in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample is 336 employees of manufacturing industry in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. A quota sampling was employed and using questionnaire as a research tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics analysis which is structural equation model (SEM) was employed in hypotheses testing. The results of the research showed that the model is consistent with the empirical data. By considering the Chi-square value of 56.444, the p-value of 0.002, Chi-square/df of 1.881, GFI of 0.974, AGFI of 0.932, CFI of 0.994, NFI of 0.988, and RMSEA of 0.051. And the hypothesis testing found that organizational citizenship behavior and iddhipada-4 affecting work performance of employee in manufacturing industry at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province at 0.05 level of statistical significance, with 87% of the power of forecasting. |
