| Abstract | This research was aimed to develop a causal relationships model between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction the affect organizational commitment of university academic support staff rajmangala university of technology krungthep. The relationship of this developed model with empirical data was also evaluated. The samples were university academic support staff. using a stratified random sampling method, 260 people were randomized for this study and the casual relationship was examined by LISREL. Resulfs indicated that a causal relationships model between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction the affect organizational commitment of university academic support staff rajmangala university of technology krungthep was consistent with the empirical data Goodness of fit statistics were chi-square test = 45.24, df=32, p-value=.08, GFI=.99, AGFI=.98, SRMR=.01, RMSEA=.02 and all variables in the model can be explained variance of organizational commitment of university academic support staff to 74 percent. Job satisfaction a positive direct effect with organizational commitment. Moreover, spiritual intelligence a positive indirect effect with organizational commitment as related to job satisfaction. |
