| Abstract | This research aims to study the chances of financial failure of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand before being delisted. The sample group was companies which delisted from the Stock Exchange of Thailand during 1975 - 2020. Collecting secondary data from financial reports, 37 companies from a population of 261 companies. This research conducted research using quantitative methods. And using descriptive statistics. Analyze and calculating according to the Zmijewski Model, use the financial ratios calculated in all 3 ratios to determine the probability of failure or financial bankruptcy. Variables of the calculated Zmijewski Model for each company in the sample group, classified as Group that has a chance of financial failure and a group that does not have a financial failure. The results of the research showed that Listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. There are 7 companies in the group that are likely to have a bankruptcy. Companies in the real estate and construction industry Agriculture and food industry, industrial product services Consumer goods and companies in the group do not have a chance of financial failure of 30 companies. It can be seen that most of the sample groups do not have the possibility of financial failure. |
