| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: 1) to compare organization management and the quality of work life of personnel according to surveillance measures, prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in NHSO, district 13, Bangkok which classified by personal factor: and 2) to study relationship of organization management affects the quality of work life of personnel according to surveillance measures, prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in NHSO, district 13, Bangkok. This research was a quantitative research with a sample of 210 people using the formula of Krejcie and Morgan and questionnaires were used to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.The results revealed that: 1. A comparison of the personal data of employees found that overall, no difference except in the level of education and income per month difference was statistically significant. 05. 2. Relationship of organization management and quality of work life found that organization management in terms of organizational characteristics (r =.943) and quality of working life in hygienic and safe environment (r = .833); there was a high relationship to surveillance measures, prevention and control of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in NHSO, district 13, Bangkok at (R2=0.84, R2Adjusted=0.83, Sr2=5.34, F=28.52, p<0.001) 3. The findings at the conclusion that the current situation, the performance of personnel, especially on the issues of the society is to promote the quality of work life by improving the compensation management that is adequate and fair, appropriate to the economic conditions, experience, abilities and work duties. In addition, other benefits should be added to provide incentives for work and another important point is to promote good relationship building activities between supervisors and co-workers to give a sense of teamwork in the NHSO, district 13, Bangkok. |
